Richard Wiltgen, RideFair’s founder, is a US-Luxembourgish entrepreneur focused on resilient mobility systems, decentralized coordination, and simulation-first optimization for fleet operators. Through RideFair, he is building research-driven software concepts for dispatch, routing, and utilization, with operations centered between Luxembourg and Kaohsiung, Taiwan. His work combines international business development with a practical interest in how multi-agent systems can improve real-world transport operations.
