RideFair Luxembourg S.à r.l. has been formally incorporated, establishing the company’s European commercial, IP, and sales hub. This milestone creates the legal foundation for RideFair’s cross-border operating structure, with Luxembourg serving as the commercial base alongside the company’s Asia R&D operations.

RideFair Taiwan Co., Ltd. (睿德飛爾) is centered in Kaohsiung as the company’s Asia R&D base. The location supports RideFair’s simulation-first development approach through access to Startup Terrace Kaohsiung networks, engineering talent, and proximity to major maritime and industrial infrastructure relevant to future mobility testing.

RideFair is developing a C-MARL architecture designed for forward-momentum pathing and dynamic rerouting under changing road conditions. Rather than depending on a single centralized routing server, the system is being built so that local autonomous agents can exchange signals, reach peer-to-peer consensus, and adapt around on-road obstructions within fast local decision loops during simulation and validation.

RideFair is preparing for the transition from simulation toward pilot readiness. Hardware integration and V2X telemetry pipeline preparation are planned in support of late-year shadow deployments with municipal and commercial fleet operators. This phase is intended to connect simulation-based development with real-world operational testing.
